For 45 years, Cornwall Hospice has been there for people across Cornwall at one of the most important and difficult times in their lives, providing compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and those closest to them.
As we celebrate our 45th anniversary and look ahead to our next chapter, we are seeking passionate, thoughtful and committed people to join our Board of Trustees.
Being a Trustee is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real and lasting difference. You will work alongside fellow Trustees and our senior leadership team, helping to shape our strategic direction, provide effective governance and ensure Cornwall Hospice remains strong, sustainable and able to continue delivering outstanding care for generations to come.
Who are we looking for?
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with skills and experience in:
- Medicine and healthcare
- Legal practice
- Finance
- Community engagement
You don’t necessarily need previous Trustee experience. What matters is that you can bring your knowledge, perspective and good judgement to the Board, are comfortable offering both support and constructive challenge, and share our commitment to the people and communities of Cornwall.
Above all, we are looking for people who connect with our values of Togetherness, Integrity and Compassion and who want to play an active part in the future of Cornwall Hospice.
